1) Grassroots Organisations (GROs) 2) Schools Seed Funding For Community Garden It is proposed that seed funding be provided for new community gardens by Schools and Grassroot Organisations (GROs). A seed funding of $3,000 and $500 is proposed for GROs and Schools respectively, based on unique locations.
